1. No walk-in, all by appointment only.
2. Demam, selsema, batuk atau sakit berjangkit tak diterima.
3. Slot sangat limited as I take care of my daughter alone. ALERT! All slot siang akan ditemani my baby. So if taknak bising, nak vibe spa relaxing boleh pilih 12am - 8am.

5. No one is allowed to accompany you. No matter what age. As there is no waiting area!
6. Tepati masa! Lambat 10 minit, slot cancel dan deposit no refund.
7. Deposit wajib untuk booking slot. If ada balance, payment selewatnya 2 jam sebelum treatment.
8. Cancel selepas payment deposit, takkan di refund.

10. Reschedule hanya akan dilayan sekali sahaja, dalam tempoh 12 jam sebelum appointment.
11. Jika berlaku perkara yang tak dapat dijangka dari Rara Sweet Studio, masa dan tarikh baru akan diberikan.
12. Jika ada apa-apa masalah selepas treatment, sila update dalam masa 3 hari.
13. Gambar sebelum treatment dan after treatment akan diambil untuk elakkan perkara yang tak diingini dan juga untuk marketing. (Aurat akan dicover bagi yang menutup aurat)
